Colleen Higgins is a recent graduate of Le Cordon Blue Culinary Institute. She obtained her degree in Patisserie and Baking. Colleen recently completed her work at Huckleberry Restaurant/Bakery, which consistently won awards since its opening including the Gayots Guide of Top 40 Restaurants in 2013. Colleen filled the prominent position of Lead Baker, she has also worked for several notable catering companies.

Colleen’s passion for the art of cooking began as a young child baking with her grandmother, and mom, while avidly watching the food network. She has extensive experience in making custom character/ wedding cakes, baked goods, and savory dishes.

In her spare time Colleen volunteers at a therapeutic horse-riding center in which she helps disabled children and adults ride horses. Colleen resides in the city of Los Angeles and is happy to be joining the team.
