IOP Program Director - Balance Treatment Center

Jennifer Rogge is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Master’s degree in counseling psychology from California Lutheran University. Jennifer has a strong passion for working in the mental health field. Jennifer started her work in the field after her undergraduate work at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She worked as a behavioral therapist with children with autism and their families. During her time working with families affected by autism Jennifer realized the importance of providing support to not only the client but the families impacted by mental illness.

Jennifer has continued her work in the mental health field and gained experience in a variety of settings. She has worked with families affected by domestic violence using a Mentalization based treatment approach. She also gained experience working in a community counseling center, psychiatric hospital, and private practice. Jennifer has worked with a diverse population and has expertise in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and psychotic disorders.

Jennifer’s hope is that all client’s and families are provided with the support and resources needed to deal with any of life stressors. She believes in utilizing a psychodynamic and systems family approach and addressing client’s specific needs. Jennifer feels honored to work with those who have been witness or experience the impact of mental illness.
